• We currently ship within the United States only
• Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days after processing
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays

Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering mistakes
• Photo selection or cropping choices
• Preference differences (color, brightness, etc.)

That said, if something isn’t right with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we truly want you to love your magnets and will do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

If approved, a replacement will be sent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Magnetic Memory Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.

If this occurs, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
