Thank you for shopping with Magnetic Memory Co. Each order is custom-made with care, and we appreciate your patience while we create your magnets.
Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or special events.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Cedar Rapids/Marion, Iowa area.
If local pickup is selected at checkout, you will be contacted with instructions once your order is ready.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Promotions or discounts may include free shipping at our discretion.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Magnetic Memory Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Magnetic Memory Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@magneticmemory.co with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.
Order Issues
Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
